Mindfulness-Based Therapy Offerings

I offer mindfulness-based therapy that addresses the origins of persistent worry and critical self-talk, along with the emotional fallout it creates, while forging a kinder, more empowering way forward.

I work with adults of all ages who want relief from these patterns. When intense worry and critical self-talk is a factor, it may contribute to anxiety, depression, difficulties with coping & relationships, grief, and challenges navigating life transitions. Whatever your lived experience, your whole self is welcome and will be supported.

I also specialize in supporting founders, academics, and people in management or administrative roles who notice their personal struggles spilling into work life. This might show up as stress, burnout, isolation or challenges with work-life balance. I’m here to support the emotional dimensions across all facets of your life.

I'm licensed in Washington state and welcoming clients via telehealth statewide, and in-person sessions at my downtown Vancouver, WA office.

Sessions & Investment Our work together happens in 50-minute sessions, typically scheduled weekly. My session fee is $185. The initial intake 50-minute session is $215, one time only. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots—we can discuss what works for your situation.

Insurance & Payment I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise and BCBS BlueCard insurance. I can provide superbills for other plans although I can’t guarantee reimbursement. I also accept self-pay.
