Honoring Your Path

I'm here to walk alongside you in transforming your self-relationship and feeling better inside—even when you feel discouraged or exhausted.

Our Partnership: We'll make space to heal the underlying hurts you carry. We’ll also gently explore how to interrupt negative thought patterns and reactivity while restoring balance to your nervous system. We'll tend to any trauma or grief that surfaces with compassion, and help you cultivate enduring resilience to meet life’s ups and downs.

What We Each Bring: I'll bring warmth, a touch of humor when fitting, as well as an array of evidence-based tools. Throughout, I’ll hold compassionate space. We'll also welcome in your lived experience and strengths, and listen to your insights. We’ll honor your creative energy too, and what feels sacred to you.

This journey is about coming home to yourself.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy Offerings

Grass stalks in golden hour

I offer mindfulness-based therapy that heals underlying hurts and addresses persistent negative patterns, while also helping you forge a kinder and more empowering self-relationship.

Mindfulness Therapy

I work with adults of all ages who want to feel better inside. This includes support for anxiety, depression, difficulties with coping & relationships, grief, and challenges navigating transitions. Whatever your lived experience, your whole self is welcome as we work together to find healing, relief, and an empowering self-relationship.

Executive Therapy

I also specialize in supporting founders, academics, and people in upper management or administrative roles who notice unhelpful conditioned patterns and personal struggles spilling into work life. This might show up as stress, burnout, reactivity, or challenges with work-life balance. I'm here to support wellbeing across all facets of your life.

Ecotherapy

Nature-based therapy offers a supportive pathway for healing and releasing patterns that no longer serve you, as well as exploring deeper questions of meaning, belonging, and connection. Connecting with the natural world often provides helpful perspective, and can support you in reconnecting with your inherent wholeness and your natural resilience.

Working Together

Our work together happens in 50-minute sessions, typically weekly.

In-Person: For clients in the Portland/Vancouver metro area we can meet in my office on Officers Row, part of a 366-acre historic reserve featuring a national park, trails, and gardens. Sessions can be held indoors, or outdoors for walk-and-talk as well as ecotherapy sessions.

Telehealth: I offer secure telehealth sessions throughout Washington.

Insurance: I’m in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross Blue Card, and GAIP insurance. I can also provide superbills for other plans although I can’t guarantee reimbursement.

Self-Pay: $175 for 50-minute session; $225 for the initial intake session. I also have a limited number of sliding scale spots available, please email me if interested.

First Step: The first step is a complementary, 15-minute consultation. We'll discuss your goals and I’ll share more about how I work. Together, we can see if we're a good fit. Know that I always encourage people to take a day or two to reflect before deciding if they'd like to move forward.
