Reconnect With Your Unbreakable Goodness
Mindfulness-Based Therapy for Adults
When on the outside it seems like you have it together, but inside it feels like you're falling apart, I’m here to help.
You came into this world with a generous heart, a beautiful spirit, and a curious mind. This goodness never leaves you.
But life brings hurt, loss, and struggles—it's part of the human experience. Over time, pain may build up. And your mind? It finds ways to keep you safe and get you through. Yet some coping strategies can become their own kind of struggle. This can look like a mind that’s hard to turn off, needs to stay busy or numb out, or gets hijacked by a persistent worrier, perfectionist, or critic.
However this shows up for you, these patterns can take a toll, leaving you vulnerable, exhausted, or overwhelmed. But there is another way. Beneath the patterns, your goodness is still there. I'm here to help you come home to yourself.
The Toll of Persistent Negative Patterns
When left unchecked, negative thought patterns begin to undermine your wellbeing. Over time, this can take a real toll.
Both persistent negative thought patterns and accumulated distress can lead to anxiety and depression. They can also contribute to difficulties in coping, relationship struggles, isolation, and burnout. You may even start to think that you're broken, and this can feel very lonely. But you're not broken, and there is a path forward.
