Find relief from anxious thoughts & critical self-talk

Mindfulness Therapy for Adults & Executive Therapy

Living with a relentless bully or worrier in your head is rough. The voice that says the sky if falling, you're never enough, or you should have known. The skeptic that shows up whenever you dare to dream of something different. That persistent sense of being your own worst enemy, or that there's some elusive veil between you and getting life right.

Sometimes the voice yells, shutting you down in an instant, or eggs you on to pick at old wounds. Other times it's sneakier—a whisper that fills you with lingering shame and guilt, or the perfectionist that sounds like help yet feels like getting beaten up.

The Toll of Negative Self-Talk

When distressing self-talk reigns, the fallout is real. You can be left feeling raw, exhausted, defeated, or in a state of panic. You might start to believe that you're an imposter or broken– that you can't see anything through or get anything right. You might also think it's just you, and this can feel very lonely.

True Relief Is Possible

I know this intimately - I've lived it too. I also know that whether these running commentators have been at it for a few months or a few decades, there's hope. You're not alone. You're not broken. It is possible to find peace in your mind.

I help adults of any age find lasting relief from the voices that agitate, shame, isolate, and put you down. I can support you in shifting into a more compassionate, empowering way of relating–to yourself and others.

I offer gentle and grounded pathways of healing for the trauma, wounds or grief that surface along the way. I'm here to help you to alleviate the anxiety, stress and distress that you carry, supporting you to meet life's ups and downs with greater steadiness and resilience.
